Only If you are having issues with the color modes (not scrolling through the patterns, not changing modes, etc):
TIP 2:
1- Remove your battery from the PixelWhip. (Please be sure the battery is already fully charged)
2- Press down on the button of the whip for 30 seconds.
3- Insert the battery to see if your whip turns on and functions normally.
